Questions

The things people ask most

Every answer here comes straight from Chef Stacey. If yours isn't covered, ask through the contact page.

What size is a pie, and how many does it serve?
Nine inches across, thirty two ounces, and it serves twelve to sixteen.
How should I store it?
Keep it in the freezer until you are ready to cut and serve.
What does shipping cost?
Twenty five dollars covers one pie or two, since both travel in the same box. Three pies are thirty three dollars, four are forty five, five are fifty five, and six are sixty five. Larger orders rise from there, and the exact amount always shows at checkout before you pay.
Why does the shop close between seasons?
Every pie comes from one baker, and the ovens run by the season. When a season opens, the menu goes live. When it closes, our email list gets first word on the next one.
When do orders open?
Pre-orders open October 1, and shipping begins November 1. If you're on our email list, you'll hear the moment the shop opens.
Do you have a vegan option?
Yes. The Vegan Maple Pecan is made with organic maple syrup, toasted pecans and organic vegan butter.
Can I send one as a gift?
Yes. Pies ship anywhere in the US in their own packaging, and they arrive ready to give.
Will my favorite flavor come back?
Flavors rotate from a library of twenty recipes, so favorites return and new ones join along the way. The seasonal menu shows what's baking now, and our email list hears first.
How should I serve it?
Key Lime is best straight from the freezer, topped with whipped cream. Mocha Chip loves fresh whipped cream or coffee ice cream. More serving notes are coming as Chef Stacey shares them.
