These terms apply to your use of thefudgepie.com and to any order you place with The Fudge Pie Co. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you order.

Who we are

The Fudge Pie Co is a small bakery in Miami, Florida. You can reach us at info@thefudgepie.com or (305) 507-0484.

Our products

We sell perishable baked goods. Our menu changes by the season, and flavors rotate, so a flavor available today may not be available later. We do our best to show every pie accurately, but photographs and descriptions are a guide and small differences are normal in handmade food.

Allergens

Our pies are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, eggs and wheat. We cannot guarantee that any pie is free from a given allergen. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before you order.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email, and we may decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, if a price or product was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Using this site

Please do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to copy our text, photographs or branding without our permission. Everything on this site belongs to The Fudge Pie Co unless stated otherwise.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done through your account.

Limits on our responsibility

We stand behind our baking, and if something is wrong with your order we will put it right as described in our Refund Policy. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
